   You’re site is great I was just browsing through it. However, your page on the Katrina response has a mention of The Today Show and a story they did on the depth of the water. The shot was ruined when two men walked through the shot - this was not Katrina it was the North Jersey floods two years (I think) her name was Michelle Kosinski.

   I have forwarded your comment to Lorie Byrd and we will look into right away. Thanks for the tip - this is exactly the reason the blog came into being and why we need everyone out there to help. As stories come in they won’t automatically be posted - they’ll be in a queue and will have to be checked out. We are human - we make boo-boos from time to time but we also admit when we mess up and things will get fixed. Thanks and you are greatly appreciated here…

   Also on your Katrina Page you note that the response to Katrina was faster than the response to hurricane Andrew during the Clinton Administration. Hurricane Andrew made landfall in October 1993, during the G.W. Bush Administration.

   Love your concept. Would like to contribute. My first input is below, and it is one of the most heinous myths ever. I realize you’re swamped now, but I sincerely hope you put this in your “someday soon…” folder. This site is a godsend for getting this (horribly misunderstood) catastrophe revealed before it’s too late, and if you aren’t one of the best-known blogs on the net by the time this issue becomes current again, you will be soon after….

   I’m talking about Social Security. If you could be instrumental in exposing that myth to the nationm, you’d be a hero (mine, anyway!).

   i love your show but can i send you a myth to bust? you now how the gas tanks have turn off all cell phones at the pump well can i cell phone really make a gas tank exsplode
